The ring finger on each hand and the 4th toe on each foot are secondary reflexes for the gall bladder. If you injure that finger or toe think back a day or two, maybe three days to when this emotion was present and you didn't express it. The emotion of the gall bladder is resentment and bitterness. Whenever you hear someone say, 'that left a bitter taste in my mouth' or 'that person had a lot of gall'... bitterness and resentment held-in can create challenges for these organs over time.

You've heard the expression 'you are what you eat' well here we take it a step further (no pun intended) to say that when you are passionate about or have strong feelings about something and you don't express it; it can implode and poof! we injure ourselves and where we injure ourselves tells us what was happening within the emotional body.

Sometimes you don't have issues with your gall bladder or any other area of your body even though you are holding back strong feelings...well, it hasn't gotten to critical mass yet for discomfort or injury to happen.

The significance of how our body talks to us is just a marvel.
Great food for thought.
Enjoy
