If I were hired as a Change Manager, here’s what I’d do on day 1:

➡️ Scrutinizing the Current Change Management Methodology:

What approach and methodology are we currently leveraging?
How can we refine it to ensure a streamlined implementation of changes?

➡️ Making Change Management Measurable:

How do we make sure that everything we do is measurable?
How can we quantitatively assess our impact?

Having these data insights shapes our path and assist in navigating through the change management in the right way.

➡️ Embedding Digital Adoption in Change Management:

How can we enhance our change management by combining communication and training aspects in the moment of need?
Can we utilize digital adoption to intuitively guide users when they are within the application?

This way, we can closely monitor when users are utilizing the application, enabling us to communicate with them while they’re using it.

This approach allows us to guide different, new, and changed behaviors, encouraging the use of new functionalities and processes in varied ways. It can also pave the way to drive new data definitions.

➡️ Aligning Training with Digital Adaptation:

How can we orchestrate training through digital adoption to onboard and guide users efficiently?
Can we leverage it to retrain users on utilizing new applications, ensuring the change is conducive and supportive?

With that, we can significantly drive communication and change management on steroids, resulting in:
reduced support tickets
enhanced process efficiency
improved the employee experience
