** Ingredients **
3 tablespoons of oil
300 grams of cubed meat
1.5 cups of chickpeas
1 onion
2 green pointed, 1 capia pepper
1 teaspoon each of tomato and pepper paste
Spices and salt

** How to Make Chickpeas with Meat Recipe **

Let's put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot.
Let's add 300 grams of cubed meat. Let's fry the meat until it releases and absorbs its water.
Let's add 1 medium-sized chopped onion to our pot.
Let's fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add 2 green and 1 capia peppers.

Fry for 1-2 minutes until they soften.

Add 1 teaspoon each of tomato and pepper paste.
Fry until the smell of the paste comes out.
Strain 1.5 cups of chickpeas soaked overnight and add them to our pot.
Add 3 cups of hot water to it.
Stir our dish and close the lid.
Let it cook for 1-1.30 hours on medium-low heat until the chickpeas soften.
Our dish is cooked. Now we can add our spices.
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Mix the spices well. Close the lid of our pot, cook for another 3-5 minutes and turn off the stove.
