INGREDIENTS :-

1. Long grain basmati rice - 750 gm
2. Mince - 350 to 400 gm
3. Onion - 2 medium size
4. Fried onion - 2 medium size
5. Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
7. Curd - 150 gm
8. Tomato - 2 medium size
9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
10. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
11. Red chilli crushed - 1 tbsp
12. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
13. Salt - 1 tsp
14. Cinnamon stick - 2
15. Bay leaves - 3
16. Black pepper - 10 to 15
17. Green cardamom - 3
18. Black cardamom - 1
19. Mace - 1 flower
20. Brown indian lentils - 200 gm
21. Cooking Oil - 100 ml
22. 1 tbsp kewra water
23. 2 pinch of food colour
24. 1 tsp of water
25. Some coriander leaves

Whole spices for boiling rice:-

1. Water - 3 litres
2. Bay leaves - 3
3. Star anise - 1
4. Black pepper - 10
5. Green cardamom - 3
6. Cloves - 6 to 7
7. Cinnamon stick - 2
8. Green chillies - 6 to 7
9. Salt - 3 tbsp
