Long grain raw basmati rice 9 cups or 1.75 kg
Onions 4 medium sized for frying
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 3
Black cardamom 2
Cloves 10-12
Green cardamom 6-7
Mace flower
Green chillies 15-20
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Bay leaves 4-5
Onion 1 medium sized
Curd 150 gm or 1/2 cup
Yakhni/Stock 5 cups+Water 5 cups=10 cups
Green chillies 10-12
Salt 5 tsp
1 lemon juice
Kewra essence 2 tbsp
Khushboo ka masala 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 4-5 tbsp
Mustard Oil 250 ml

For Briyani Masala :-
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2
Black pepper 10-12
Mace flower 2
Cloves 6-7
Green cardamom 6
Nutmeg small piece
Black pepper 15-20
Garlic cloves 15-16
Ginger 3 inch

For Diluted solution :-
Kewra essence 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp
Orange food colour 1/4 tsp
