INGREDIENTS:
2 beets diced and steamed for 3 minutes
1/2 cup sea moss
1/2 cup nondairy milk
1/4 cup walnut
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey / date syrup
1 tsp of almond essence
After beets cooked and cooled add in blender with other ingredients blend until creamy
