Ingredients
3cups all purpose flour
3tbsp of sugar
2tbsp maize flour
2tbsp milk powder
1tsp yeast
A pinch of salt mix the dry ingredients together
1 egg
2cups of warm water blend together
Cover for 15 minutes to rise
Cook it on a medium heat

For the meat stew
Fry some potatoes when ready put aside
Goat meat
1cup hot water
1jumbo
2carrots cut into cubes
3green chillies (optional)
1tsp beef masala
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp corriandor powder
1tsp garlic powder
Half cup of water
The fried potatoes
Onion and capsicum
