These are just housekeeping stuff to get the most performance out of your assist hooks. More like a reminder than anything else, I feel as if these are also some of the more important things that people tend to forget, so I put some of my thoughts on video to share, these are all things that I have mentioned in other videos, but is the first time I am putting these little tips in one video.
