As slow jigging gets even more popular, you see a lot of things popping up - one of the trends to hit the assist hook building world are the sabiki style assist hooks and the mutations that look more like flies themselves. And although I have to admit that I might have contributed to that, the more I take a deeper look into things, the more I see things in a different light.

This video talks about what I have realized over the years and it might be something that a lot of people know about in Japan, but might not be something too popular outside of the birthplace of slow jigging.
