Hello Everyone!
We are back with a New recipe of Khasi ko masu in pressure cooker. Khashi ko masu is one of the most popular dish in Nepal during marriages, festivals and parties. Specially during the festival of Dashain, goat is slaughtered at every house and all the families eat goat meat for several days. Varieties of dishes are made from goat meat for example: Khasi ko Jhol masu, Khasi ko bhutan, Khasi ko pakku, Khasi ko sekuwa, etc. Goat meat is traditionally made by cooking in onion and tomato sauce and several spices are added to flavor it.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For Marination
1 table spoon of coriander powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder
1 tea spoon chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon Kashmiri Mirch
1 table spoon garlic ginger paste
1 table spoon salt
3-4 Green chili
4 Finely chopped onion


For the sauce
2 Bay leaves
4-5 green cardamom
2 small pieces of cinnamon
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
3 dry red chili
Javentry
2 medium sized tomato
2 table spoon mustard oil
