Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! In this video I will be making Benachin (aka) "Jollof Rice" Benachin is originally from Senegambia. Senegal and Gambia, before it spread to other parts of West African countries. This dish is so popular and very delicious. It can be made in red with tomatoes or white without tomatoes. It can also be prepared with chicken, fish or beef. Fill the tutorial step by step and you will be on your way in making a perfect benachin like how it is made in Senegal and Gambia.

Ingredients need to make the benachin are:

Okra, Carrot, Habanero peppers, Eggplant
Pumpkin, Fresh fish, Cabbage, Bay leaf
Cassava/Yucca, Gaja, Yate, Jumbo cubes
Lemon pepper to season the fish, Salt to taste,
Scallions, Onions, Fresh tomatoes,
one Can tomatoes, Maggie cube or any kind
Black pepper, Oil to fry fish, Rice.
