Ingredients;
this can be cooked for 8-10 people

fish; Ruhu fish and Barracuda
5 cups of rice-cups measures 350ml
3.4 liters of water
Nokoss seasoning; bell peppers, chili peppers, a whole bulb of garlic,2 leaves of bay leaves,1 and 1/2 onion......
Roff seasoning for the fish; a bunch of parsley, bulb of garlic, black pepper, maggie cubes, spring onions, scotch bonnet pepper.
