◆ Trifoliate Orange
It is a deciduous shrub of the dicotyledonous Rutaceae family and is native to China.
-The tree is about 3~4m tall and is mainly distributed in China and the Korean Peninsula.
-Each branch has sharp thorns 3 to 5 cm long.
-The flower blooms white in May and has 5 petals and many stamens.
-Trifoliate Orange is round and yellow, ripens in September and has a pleasant scent, but is not edible.
-Because of the thorns of the Trifoliate Orange tree, some people also use it as a hedge.
-Flower language: Memories
-Scientific name: Poncirus trifoliata
