Ingredients:
bananas
apricot jam

Dough:
2 eggs
70 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
60ml oil
120 grams of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

500ml milk
2 egg yolks
1 pack vanilla pudding (pudding powder - vanilla flavor 37 g)
50 grams of sugar
30 ml rum (about 4 tablespoons)
4 sheets of gelatin
250 ml whipping cream
1 package of vanilla sugar (8 g)

Chocolate Glaze (Ganache):
200 g dark chocolate
200 ml cream
