No cooking required for this dish! Just cure the fish with vinegar and you’ll get to enjoy this delicious Kinilaw na Tuna!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
350 grams tuna fillet, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar
Set B:
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
2 pieces tomato, seeded and diced
½ small cucumber, sliced
2 pieces finger chilies, sliced
1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
Fish sauce, to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice or 4 tablespoons calamansi juice
2 pieces red chilies, chopped
Set C:
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 stalk spring onions or cilantro, chopped (excess from Set A)
