Ingredients and recipe:

Recipe 1:
- Warm milk 300 ml
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
1. Mix with a whisk
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Egg yolk 2 pcs.
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 450 - 500 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Be sure to watch the video until the end! You will be amazed!
6. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes

12. Shape into a round piece and let it rest for 10-15 minutes
13. Let's prepare cream for Cinnabons
- Butter 100 g.
- Sugar 5 tbsp.

- Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Mix again with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 700-750 g (add in parts)
- Melted butter 70 g (5 tbsp)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
9. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
10. Dough weight 1177 g.
11. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Place each ball on baking paper
14. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
