Ingredients and recipe:

Recipe 1:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Yogurt 110 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Vegetable oil 110 ml
- Egg 1 pc.
- Salt 1 tsp.
2. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
- All-purpose wheat flour 600 - 650 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes

6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest for 50-55 minutes
