Training for war of the west at Mettle gym in Regina.
This was a PR, last time I tried this kind of weight, it was 720 and it almost killed me. So this smooth 700 for a full 60 ft with no major issue is huge progress for me.

Show weight is 800, so that might still cripple me. But at least it's pushing me to make progress.
