*Black pound cake (15cm round cake pan, makes 1 cake)
(Bake at 180c for 50 minutes)
170g of cake flour
130g unsalted softened butter at room temperature
2 eggs at room temperature
170g of sugar (*If you use powdered sugar, the texture will be softer.)
70g of milk at room temperature
25g of black cocoa powder. (*Ordinary cocoa powder is fine too.)
1tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
AmeriColor Super Black food coloring

*Black Butter Cream
200g of unsalted softened butter at room temperature
100g of powdered sugar
3T of starch syrup
(*If you use starch syrup, buttercream will be shinier and stiffer.)
200g of dark chocolates
