* Makes 1 sheet cake (18cm x 7cm round cake pan)
(Bake 175 degrees for 30 minutes)
90g of cake flour or all-purpose flour
150g of eggs (about 3 eggs) + 1 egg yolk at room temperature
90g of sugar
15g of milk at room temperature
10g of unsalted butter at room temperature
15g of honey
fruit juice extracts for different flavors of sheet cakes
(*You can use food coloring)

* Cake layering and icing
3 containers of cream cheese at room temperature
300g of whipping cream (animal fat)
30g of sugar for whipping cream
30g of powdered sugar for cream cheese
Sky blue food coloring

* Rainbow gummy bears
JELL-O mixes to make rainbow colors (20g of each JELL-O mix)
(*As the jellies will not be as firm when only JELL-O is used, I will put gelatin sheets for each JELL-O mix.)
warm water for the JELL-O mixes (1/4 cup each)
Silicon mold to make gummy bears
