愛莎是龍爸覺得非常驕傲的寶貝女兒，幾個禮拜前我們參加棲蘭100林道越野賽5公里，Elsa才5歲而且是年紀最小的跑者，所以我以鼓勵她跑完為目標 ，結果她跑出很不錯的成績。。。53分鐘就跑完了！

總共159人…愛莎得到了第17名呢！

I'm very proud of Elsa.

A few weekends ago we participated in the 5km section of the QiLan Ultra Trail Run.

She's only 5 years old and was by far the youngest participant, so I encouraged her to focus on completing the run and not to worry to much about the results, but she blew away my expectations with a respectable 53 minute performance!

There were 159 people in our section....and she ended up with 17th place!
