🔔 Pickled green onion / Pickled green onion gochujang / Pickled green onion with red pepper powder. (1T = rice spoon / 1 cup = 200ml paper cup)
1.4kg green onion (1.1kg after trimming), 4 Cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper, 800ml (4 cups) mineral water, 300ml (1½ cups) vinegar, 100ml (1/2 cup) soju, 50ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce , coarse salt 2T (25g), sugar 250g (1½ cups).

- Pickled green onion with red pepper powder
Pickle green onion 60g, red pepper powder 1/2T (3g), sesame oil ½T, sesame oil ½T.

- Pickled green onion gochujang
60g green onion pickle, 1/2T gochujang (12g), ½T sesame oil, ½T sesame salt.

✨ Pickled green onions / Pickled green onion gochujang / Pickled green onion with red pepper powder.
1. Trim green onions and wash them.
2. Pour hot water over the washed green onions.
3. Rinse immediately in cold water.
4. Squeeze out the water.
5. Make pickles. [Mineral water 800ml (4 cups), vinegar 300ml (1½ cups), soju 100ml (½ cup), soy sauce 50ml (1/4 cup), coarse salt 2T (25g), sugar 250g (1½ cup)].
6. Chop cheongyang pepper and red pepper.
7. Put green onion, cheongyang pepper, and red pepper in a container.
8. Pour the pickle water.
9. Press so that it does not float, close the lid, and leave at room temperature for a day.
10. After 1 day, put it in the refrigerator and leave it for 4 more days.
11. After 4 days, pour only the pickle water and boil over high heat.
12. When the pickle water cools down, pour it over the green onions.
13. Keep refrigerated and eat after two days.

💖 Green onion pickle with red pepper powder.
1. Cut 60g green onion.
2. Red pepper powder 1/2T (3g), sesame oil 1/2T, sesame salt 1/2T.

💖 Pickled green onion with gochujang.
1. Cut 60g green onion.
2. Add 1/2T gochujang (12g), 1/2T sesame oil, 1/2T sesame salt and mix.
