It is natural and healthy during meditation to become aware of unprocessed emotions and blocked energies / contractions that are held in the body. The fastest and most effective way to release these energies is to gently feel them while being fully present, without any agenda.

Some energies will release quickly and easily and others will be more challenging to feel and will require more time. The true state of meditation means meeting whatever arises with gentle, unconditional love and fully allowing the experience without mentally labelling it and without waiting for a different future expereince.
