Part 1 of the conversion of my 2011 Vespa LX 50 into an EV using the drive train from a 2017 NIU N1S. I'm not a trained professional (as should be obvious from watching the videos) and working with 60V of electricity can be dangerous, so if you attempt anything like this, please be careful.
