Extracts for Brewing for Mead Wine and Cider. We haven't really experimented with extracts much, mostly due to preferring the DIY method. Well, Brian decided to make a couple of extracts and we're going to test them in meads and wines to see how they do. Extracts are pretty simple to make really, but they will vary when made at home.
