Dead Rising is one of the most important zombie games of all time. Without the success of this game countless other games in the genre may have never existed. It's groundbreaking game play and comical yet terrifying atmosphere still make it enjoyable to play to this very day. Despite this the game in many aspects is very out doubted and I can't help but feel a remake would help bring the franchise back into the spotlight.
