ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
While on a virgin trains train on the way to London our train was cancelled with 5 mins to prepare to get off the train.

This was not good for me as an autistic person as I explain in the video. The virgin trains wifi is helpful and the virgin trains first class is very good for my condition.

However the virgin trains customer service was terrible, they didn’t know how to get us to our destination with our seat reservations and first class tickets.

The vigil train seating plan is good, but if you cannot use your ticket or seat reservation what is the point.

I’m calling Virgin Trains out to reply officially to this video.
