Dough ingredients:
- 1 kg flour 000 (+ - 50 g)
- 550 ml warm milk at 39 Ā°C
- 80 ml of oil
- 2 M eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt (12 g)
- 8 tablespoons sugar (80 g)
- 30 g fresh yeast or 10 g dried
To brush
- 1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk
