Ingredients for 13 breads:
- 1 kg flour 10% (+ - 50 g)
- 250 ml warm milk 39 oC
- 250 ml of warm water 39ĀŗC
- 60 ml of oil
- 2 M eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 30 g fresh yeast or 10 g dried
For anointed bread
- 1 - 2 yolks + 2 tablespoons milk
Bake at 180ĀŗC 20 -25 min
