H2A Launch Vehicle No. 48 was launched from the Tanegashima Space Center at around 1:44 p.m. on January 12, 2024.

The launch vehicle flew smoothly, and according to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and others in charge of the launch, the satellite was successfully inserted into its scheduled orbit.

The launch of the H2A rocket was originally scheduled for January 11, but was postponed to January 12 due to the expected worsening weather conditions.
