Make this recipe when you are not hungry right at the moment because you will need 4hours of your day.
Turkey can be a tough meat to handle, but if you have time to your advantage that makes it easier for you.
Start by mixing your seasoning by adding Celery, Sweet pepper, Onions, Fresh parsley and dry or fresh thyme in a food processor, once mixed, add Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, Oregano and Adobo seasoning.
Wash and clean your Turkey leg, and Rub the mixture all over it. Once done, wrap the turkey leg in Aluminum foil, place it in the oven for 3hours at 350 degrees F.
When Pull it out after 3hours, the turkey will sweat out a lot of juice, mix the turkey sauce with your favorite Barbecue sauce, and brush it all over your turkey, then put it back for another 1hr at 350 degrees F
Once completely done, you will be left with the most tender and delicious Turkey leg.
