Lets make this mid week recipe.
Very easy to do, but very delicious and lots of flavor.
First thing you will get out of this meal is the sweet and spicy taste of the sauce generated by the honey and the chili pepper flakes, it is a very good meal and less than 30minutes of prep.
If you own a rice cooker, throw some rice in and start making the shrimp sauce. You will need:
honey
Soy sauce
Garlic
Lime juice
Chili powder
Mix very well. Then season the shrimp with your favorite seasonings, I use
Salt and black pepper
cayenne pepper
Chili powder
Onion powder
Garlic powder
then cook your shrimp for 1minute on each side,then pour the mixture and let it cook for another 3-5minutes. Then pour some cornstarch diluted in water to thicken it up a little bit, so that the shrimp doesn’t cook for too long and get chewy (you don’t want that).
Then Serve with some parsley, and enjoy your midweek meal.
