Recipe:
240g (8.46oz) unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon (~1g) of fine sea salt
50g (1.76oz) icing sugar
170g (5.99oz) cold unsalted butter, diced
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 350F (175C)
150g (5.29oz) light brown sugar
170g (5.99oz) honey
170g (5.99oz) unsalted butter, cubed
1/4 teaspoon (~1g) of fine sea salt
60g (2.11oz) heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon (5g) of pure vanilla extract
440g (15oz) coarsely chopped pecans
Return to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
