With persimmons or persimmons there is a very simple recipe thanks to which I was able to appreciate this fruit that I didn't like before. With only two basic ingredients it is really quick to prepare, it takes very few minutes, it just takes a little more time to rest.

🍊 CACHI or KAKI 🍊
Scientific name: Diospyros kaki
🌱 Plants originating from Asia, cultivated a lot here in the North Italy, but also forgotten fruit, since they sell them in the supermarket but snub the trees in nature that offer fruits ready to be harvested at this time of year.

🍊 PERSIMMON PUDDING WITH COCOA 🍊

Ingredients for 1 person:
🍊 1 Khaki
🍫 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
🥥 Dried fruit or grated coconut or other ingredients

Follow the video and prepare it yourself and remember that nothing is discarded of the fruit, the peel can be eaten as soon as it is removed or blended with the rest of the pulp. The seeds are sown and the calyx with the peduncle goes into the compost.

I've never loved this fruit, I've tried several times to eat it, but I couldn't make myself like it, until I discovered this way of preparing it and finally I was able to appreciate and taste it, and it's not even that long.
It would be a shame not to taste a fruit of the sun so abundant in nature.
