Following many requests, in this 15 minutes with… episode Stimming takes the Dreadbox Typhon to show you what it’s capable of and offer his two cents on this monophonic synthesiser with a twist.
The portable Typhon can be powered via USB and is comprised of two classic dreadbox oscillators, multiple VCA’s and a low pass filter, combined with a 32 step sequencer and an array of effects developed by Sinevibes which can be controlled by the sliders on the right panel of the machine. There’s also an external audio in to enable you to utilise the machine’s FX from other audio sources.
