Final leg of our Swiss section of the Europe road trip takes us to Interlaken on lake Thun in the Jungfrau region of the Switzerland Alps.
We stayed at Manor Farm campsite in our VW California with a pitch very close to the lake shore in a "motorhome beach" area.
We first headed to Unterseen and then into Interlaken itself.
Beautiful glacial rives flowing through the village, mountains lining the landscape and blue skies made for a perfect visit!
We stayed 3 nights and witnessed a sunset over the lake each night.
This resort has charm in abundance, amazing bakeries, shopping, historic buildings and great bars and restaurants with a little bit of glitz and glamour, topped off with a Hooters.
