Taking a leap of faith, I decided to try something new, making a sardine pizza! I drew inspiration from the discontinued Quatro pizza from Roman's Pizza, which featured anchovies, and boy, am I proud of the result. If you're a fish lover like me and enjoy having fish in anything, this pizza is for you. The flavours were bold, and the sardines added a wonderful savoury touch. The only thing missing was my favourite jalapeños for that extra kick, but overall, the pizza was delicious and juicy. A true treat for seafood lovers.

Ingredients:

Homemade pizza dough:
2 cups flour
7g yeast
1 cup warm water
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions~ mix dry, add wet ingredients then knead for 5-8 minutes or until the dough doesn’t stick on hands, grease bowl with oil and let it rise. This makes 2 large pizzas.

Toppings:
Pizza sauce
Cheese
Red onion
Green pepper
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
Sardines

Instructions ~ as on the video instructions, on your rolled pizza dough, piece with fork to avoid bubbling(optional) brush with extra virgin oil, pizza sauce, cheese and the rest of the toppings except sardines, bake for 15-20 minutes on 200 degrees, add your sardines and serve.
