Ingredients:
Mattar Paneer Sabji:
3-4 Tomato Chopped, Pinch Namak
2 inch Adrakh Chopped
6-7 lasoon cloves
2 nos Pyaaz Chopped
2-3 Hari mirch
1 tsp- Haldi Powder
1 tbsp- Kashmiri lal mirch
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tbsp Dhaniya Jeera Powder
Pinch Dalchini Powder
Pinch Laung powder
Hot Water as per requirement
1/4 cup- Cashew Nut/ Peanut
1/4 cup Majag ke beej ( melon seeds)
Salt ot taste
1 tsp jeera
1 cup Paneer cube
1/2 cup boiled matter
1 tsp- besan/ cornstarch
1/2 tsp- garam masala, hot water
1 tsp- kashmiri methi, salt to taste
Hara dhaniya for garnishing

2) Dal Palak
1 no- Onion chopped (finely)
2 nos Tomato choppes
6-8 garlic cloves chopped
3-4 green chilli chopped
1 tbsp ginger paste
250gm Fresh Hara Palak (chopped)
1/4 tsp- Haldi Powder
1 tsp- Kashmiri Red chilli powder
2 tsp- Dhaniya Jeera Powder
1/2 cup- garam masala
1/2 cup- Boil dal mix (1/4 yellow moong dal) & 1/4 cup chana dal
Hot water as per requirement
Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Fresh Hara Dhaniya (chopped)

3) Mix Veg Salad
1 no Tomato dice cutting
1 no Onion Dice cut
1 no Cucumber dice cut
1 no Hari Popti Mirch Finely Chopped
1 no Hara Pyaaz- Finely chopped
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1.2 tsp jeera powder
Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

For serving:
3 chapatti (without ghee)
Boil rice
Roasted Udad Papad & Chaas (Masala Chaas)
