Dry Masala:
3 tbsp - Coriander seeds (Dhaniya)
1 tbsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 tbsp- fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tsp - pepper (whole) (kali mirch)
1 tsp- clove (laung)
1 tsp- carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbsp white sesame seeds (til)
3 tsp- poppy seeds (khaskhas)
1 tbsp - oil
1/2 cup- peanut
1/2 cup- besan
15-20 cloves of Lasun (garlic)
1/2 cup- decicated coconut
1/4 cup- curry leaves
1 tbsp- garam masala
4 tbsp- kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp- dry mango powder
2 tbsp- sugar/sugar powder
1 tsp- salt

Fresh Masala Three G paste
150 gm- fresh garlic clove (lasoon)
100 gm- green chilli small (mirchi)
50 gm- ginger (adrakh)
1 tbsp- peanut oil
1 tbsp- salt
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder (haldi)
2 nos lemon juice
