Blueberry yogurt lemon cake

Ingredients :

3 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar/ xylitol
2 lemons 🍋, lemon zest and lemon juice (80ml/ 1/3 cup)
225g yogurt (8 oz/ ~ 3/4 cup)
115g butter, melted (4oz/ 1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
240g (2 cups) flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
170g blueberries (6oz/ 3/4 cup)
and some more

Powdered sugar, for garnish

20cm round baking pan

Bake at 180°C /350°F for 50-55 minutes
