Today's recipe is blueberry yogurt cake! I love how easy this cake is to make. It takes blueberry, yogurt, eggs, sugar, cornstarch (yes! No flour!) And three minutes to bake this delicious cake. You get a moist and tender consistency, similar to cheesecake.

Ingredients for the blueberry yogurt cake:
4 eggs.
40g sugar.
400 g Greek yogurt.
40 g corn starch or tapioca starch.
1/2 cup (70 g) frozen or fresh blueberries.

20 g blueberries on top.

- mix all the ingredients.
- 16cm round baking pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes at 170 ° C/340°F.
- Let cool, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
