Easiest apple yogurt cake / no oil, no flour / prepare it in 3 minutes / gluten free

Today's recipe is apple yogurt cake ! I love how easy this yogurt cake is to make. You'll need Greek yogurt, apple sauce, eggs, cornstarch, maple syrup and apple. No flour and no oil! and three minutes to prepare this delicious cake. You get a moist and tender texture, similar to cheesecake.

300g Greek yogurt
90g apple puree / apple sauce
3 eggs
30ml maple syrup
30g corn starch
1 apple (100g)

- Use 16cm round baking pan + baking paper
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 50-60 minutes
- Cool down
- Keep in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
