"Even at the age of four, I knew that we would fight with the Muscovites," says Milan, a fighter of the Azov brigade. In 2013, during the Revolution of Dignity, he returned to Ukraine from Italy, where he lived with his parents. His mom was against it. They argued for a long time, but the 19-year-old made the "firmest decision" in his life.

After the Maidan, Milan joined the then volunteer "Azov" regiment, which was then called "Black Men". Today, he calls on all men to join the front: "You, having donated 500 hryvnias, call yourself an economic front? Get up from your bed and go fight!" Milan believes that only by understanding what price you yourself paid for the state, you will stop electing leaders who are indifferent to this state.
