The Birchwood is rooted in tradition and designed for today’s modern home buyer. Inside the home, we can’t tell you enough about the uniqueness and amenities you will find. Upon entering through the double front doors, a 15’ ceiling, filled with light! To the right, a wide-open staircase to the second floor, or lower level. In front of you, the heart of the home… the open great room, kitchen, dinette; which is the most common feature requested in any home we build.

We are so excited about the custom kitchen design. We have a large center island workstation and hidden “messy kitchen” pantry design. By keeping the “messy” out of the kitchen you are free to entertain and use one common dining area without the need to have that “formal” room that gets used only a handful of times. The great room is true to it’s name. A stone fireplace, built-in cabinets on each side, cathedral beamed ceiling, and open views to the outdoors make this room special. The ceiling is mimicked outside in the covered patio. Tucked away, a not-so-small pocket office. Room for two.. because you never know who will be working from home, or learning virtual.

The Master suite, located on the main level, is private from all other bedrooms. It has it’s own spa-like en-suite, featuring a custom tile shower, free-standing bathtub, dual vanity, and private toilet area. One of our favorite features in the Birchwood is our large Laundry, drop zone area. This area is the brightest, most cheerful room in the house!

Venture upstairs and you’ll find a reading nook and study area in the loft. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom off the hall. Bedroom 4 could be used for many purposes; another office, a guest room, you name it. It has a cathedral ceiling, a private Juliet balcony, and it’s own en-suite bathroom.
