The home’s exterior is a blend of detailed brickwork, bronze windows, and rich wood elements like a Mahogany front door, window boxes and cedar trellises. The steep gables and pitched roof enhance the home’s elegant character, while modern materials ensure lasting durability.

Inside, Pickwick Place features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths, with an open floorplan that perfectly balances with the private spaces. The open foyer is bright and welcoming, offering a clear view through the great room to the outdoor living space. Natural light floods the open staircase, highlighting the warm white oak flooring that extends throughout the main level. Arches used in doorways and windows are throughout the home. Gold accents are also throughout the home with the lighting an plumbing fixtures. Many of the rooms flow together seamlessly. The flow of the primary suite, walk-through closet, laundry and mudroom to the garage hall drop zone is ideal on the main floor as well as the the flow of the kitchen, pantry and dining room.

The great room and screened-in porch both boast cathedral ceilings with scissor trusses, creating an airy, spacious feel. The great room also features custom built-ins and a stunning 16-foot-wide sliding glass door that connects the indoor living space to the covered porch and sun patio, making it perfect for entertaining. The porch includes a wood-burning fireplace with a brick hearth that extends to the cathedral ceiling, adding warmth and a cozy ambiance to the outdoor area.

Custom details continue in the kitchen and dining area, where functionality meets luxury. White oak accents, including a custom hood and built-in shelves, add warmth to the space. The kitchen is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, with a large island that seats six, a back kitchen pantry, and glass-front display cabinetry with accent lighting. The dining room, with its custom beam ceiling, fireplace and large windows, offers access to the outdoor living space through two sliding doors, making it a favorite spot for family gatherings.

The primary suite offers a spa-like retreat, complete with a tray ceiling, custom oak cabinetry, and an elegant bathroom featuring a soaking tub beneath an arched window and an oversized shower with quartz accents.
