Dr. David Legg has devoted his life as a volunteer in sport for athletes with a disability at the provincial, national, and international level, from officiating to coaching administration and team leadership with Wheelchair Sport Alberta, the Canadian Paralympic, and International Paralympic Committees. He was inducted in 2022 as a Multisport/Paralympic Builder.
