Although Stan is best known for his position as President of the Calgary Stampeders Football Club and as the Senior Executive / Manager of McMahon Stadium, his contribution to sports extends well beyond these two prestigious positions. During this time, the Calgary Stampeders Football Club set team and CFL attendance records staged successful Grey Cup Games, and won Grey Cup Championships in 1992, 1998, and 2001. Stan was inducted in 2005 as a Football Builder.
