Shoulder Pain when working out? Do you need alternative exercises to press ups etc, while you rehab your upper body, watch this video.
Dealing with injuries or pain can be incredibly frustrating, especially when it comes to sticking to your workout routine. In each of my group and personal training sessions, I encounter clients facing such challenges. I understand the importance of adapting exercises to suit individual needs.

In a typical group of nine women, it's not uncommon for seven to require alternative exercises due to issues like pain, surgery recovery, or injuries. This week, I'm dedicating our sessions to exploring alternative exercises, ensuring you can continue training with confidence and without pain.

It's crucial to note that everyone is unique, and the suitability of exercises depends on the severity of prolapse and knee injuries. Always consult with your physiotherapist before attempting new exercises, and discontinue any if they cause discomfort during or after the workout.

My approach typically involves starting with two sets of a low number of reps, assessing how you feel the following days, and gradually increasing intensity from there. The goal is always to experience a reduction in discomfort and witness an improvement in strength.

In this video, I'll guide you through alternative exercises if experiencing shoulder pain/discomfort.
