No flour, no sugar! You can eat and lose weight! I make this every morning with oatmeal!

Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Apple and banana.
3 eggs.
Vanillin sweetener.
60g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.

Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
50g raisins.
50g walnuts.
50 g dried apricots.
Banana.
Apple.
50g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
2 apples.
2 eggs.
150g yogurt.
Cinnamon.
1 teaspoon baking powder.

Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Egg.
50 ml melted butter.
100 ml yogurt.
2 apples.
40g dates.
40 g cranberries.
100 ml water.
Grease the mold with butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
