Recipe and ingredients:

120 g of oat flakes.
250 ml of hot milk.
Let soak 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
4 tablespoons of cocoa (45 g).
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
40 g of walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (356 F).
75 g of dark chocolate.
